My wife is having the same kind of problem as everyone else. I think I know what the issue is.
Somewhere in the new season's code in Breach, the game is struggling to verify any loot ticks outside of your standard and the new "Wishlist Loot ticks". When they added the feature to make loot ticks Wishlist accessible, the code for the character or weapon specific loot ticks (I.e. Lifeline or AR specific ticks) is in conflict with the new style of Wishlist ticks.
This is my best guess. Hope this helps, Respawn and EA.
