I am experiencing an issue with Apex Legends on PlayStation 5 where no in game content is loading.
Yesterday the game was working normally. After receiving rewards and trying to open Apex Packs nothing loaded anymore. Legends Store Apex Packs News and Apex Coins menus stay empty or keep loading.
Before this issue started I claimed a PlayStation Plus Apex pack. Since then all menu content stopped loading.
I have already tried reinstalling the game completely. I cleared the PS5 system cache using Safe Mode. I rebuilt the PS5 database using Safe Mode. I restarted the console multiple times. I logged out of the game and PlayStation Network. I contacted EA Support and they manually refreshed my entitlements.
EA Support confirmed that the game license is active. Purchases and rewards completed normally. They said the issue may be related to profile sync or PlayStation Plus entitlement sync.
The issue still persists after all troubleshooting steps. It seems like profile data is not loading correctly or the PlayStation Plus reward entitlement is stuck on backend sync.
