Can you try completely exiting the game and restarting it?
The negative coin balance can also appear if you get a refund in real-world currency. We’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet and if you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.
I see a few messages here from people that made a purchase of a pass or skin beforehand - can people confirm if this is the case for you or if this happened to you randomly?
I’ve never had this issue till I bought a spotlight pass. It was fine for a few days then I earned some packs and never got to access them because it’s showing the error and screen everyone is talking about
