I have been dealing with this issue all week and still not resolved. I have just reached out to EA Support to discuss a refund for the spotlight pass I purchased and haven’t been able to access and they have refused this request. I would encourage everyone to complain to EA support and be vocal on this issue. We have paid for content that we cannot access because their game is broken….

Actually, there are some technical difficulties on the server and many other players are facing the same problem. I suggest you wait a while as this issue is under investigation and I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible. The decision will definitely be in the interest of the player.

Ok that’s good I’m glad that they are investigating how to fix the issue with the menu but I still want a refund. I bought this content on Tuesday, it’s now Friday and I can’t access it still. I don’t want it anymore. I’m so annoyed that the game has been broken for this long. I don’t want the content I bought anymore. I want a full refund
