We don't currently have an update on this situation just yet, but I did want to confirm we're aware some players have been running into this and we're currently looking into it. Thank you for the posts and information to make sure this was on our radar in the meantime.

Look faster and do something about this like right now its been 4 days people spend money on your game and we do not deserve to be treated with anything less than what we pay for so like get on top of it this is dumb how long its gone on look faster or start hiring people who can actually be good at their job
