I purchased the ultimate + battle pass the day before the season update, since the update I can’t use the locked legends even though it’s included in the pass. And I also can’t access any of the tabs eg legend locker or apex packs or challenges, all I can do is enter game okay. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting, and my internet connection is okay, but the game seems bugged. Hope this gets fixed asap or I want a refund as I can’t use the game properly. It’s missing content.
Same, this is ridiculous. Buying their "premium" battle pass makes the game inaccessible to even claim the rewards. Reset my router. Uninstalled & reinstalled. Nothing works. I can't even look at my characters or open apex packs.
