All options in the menu are greyed out except play. Event, Challenges, passes, legend locker, and store are all unavailable. There’s a message that occasionally pops up saying server issue (east coast server USA if that matters to you guys). Joining a game and quitting doesn’t fix it, full Xbox reset and WiFi reset doesn’t fix it. switching servers doesnt fix it. Cannot open apex packs, change skin, or anything. very disheartening.
