All options in the menu are greyed out except play. Event, Challenges, passes, legend locker, and store are all unavailable. There’s a message that occasionally pops up saying server issue (east coast server USA if that matters to you guys). Joining a game and quitting doesn’t fix it, full Xbox reset and WiFi reset doesn’t fix it. switching servers doesnt fix it. Cannot open apex packs, change skin, or anything. very disheartening.

Hi I am having an account sync issue in Apex Legends on PC using the EA App. My Apex Coins and Crafting Materials show minus 9999 and I cannot access the Shop or Battle Pass. Servers are online and I can play matches but the store is locked. The issue has been ongoing for several hours. Please resync my account wallet.

I fell in love with this game but I hate how dumb it just gotten I bought the spotlight pass for revenant and I was hesitant to buy it before cause I thought it was dumb but I really wanted it so I saved a little money to buy it and it turns out it messed up entirely how I play I cannot switch legend see my challenges or battle pass my currency is -9999 on everything I restarted WiFi and everything almost broke my console trying to do something I thought buying something was fun if I get a refund you have to fix my game I’ll buy the spotlight pass again and redo the challenges my
