Menus not working in lobby and currency glitched

Will you please provide information now? We are suffering, enough is enough.

it is honestly insane how such a big company sruggles with such an Issue. Please just fix that, it looks not as difficult to fix.....

Same here got 2 rare rampart packs and 1 legendary base apex pack after purchasing the rampart pass, not that I can even open it with the menus infinite loading bug and I'm on Ps4

since the release of Season 28 my lobby and main menu have been completely bugged.

Main issues:

• The lobby does not load properly.
• I cannot access the top menu tabs (Legends, Loadout, Store, etc.).
• Challenges are not updating at all (they are completely stuck).
• I constantly see -999 Coins, Crafting Metals, and other currencies displayed.
• I receive reward notifications, but I cannot open or claim them.
• Everything appears frozen or not loading correctly.

Additionally:

• I purchased the Ultimate Battle Pass.
• I also purchased the Ash Legend Pass.
• I have already completed the Ash Pass, but I have not received any rewards.
• My general challenges for the 7th Anniversary Event are not progressing.
• Because of this, I cannot unlock any event rewards.

At the moment, all challenges are affected and none of them update.

The issue started on the day Season 28 was released and has been ongoing ever since.

I kindly ask you not only to fix this issue, but also to ensure that all rewards I should have received (Battle Pass, Ash Pass, and Event rewards) are properly granted to my account retroactively.

Please look into this as soon as possible.

can u fix this problem quickly？been like this for a couple days really makes me feel disappointed for ur team.so low efficiency.and u better have compensation for this.

Bought Bangalore pass and my menus are bugged aswell. Cant open any packs, change tabs or redeem my pass rewards. We paid money just so our games would crash and we wouldnt get any of the cosmetics we paid for. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

This is a bit silly. I understand that there might be issues with the rewards on spotlight passes that might not be fixed easily, but Im left confused as to why that has to break everything else in the menu. I cant change skins, adjust banners, ...

At the very least make sure that stuff works even if the passes cant be fixed right away. Ive never seen a game just break almost every non-play function like this. The lack of communication is also concerning. Im seriously considering refunding my purchases.

You need to give updates ASAP.. This is beyond a joke. You've made your money off us, now you're just sitting there, idle, whilst we're out of pocket and not received ANY of the goods we've paid for.
