Merry Mayhem Community Giveaway rewards not appearing in Apex Legends

I redeemed the Merry Mayhem Community Giveaway code successfully.

The code shows as redeemed, but none of the rewards appear in Apex Legends:

Joyfinder Pathfinder skin

Sugar Rush weapon skin

Tree charm

This happened 2+ days ago. EA Support confirmed this is being tracked as a bug.
