Missing a cyberpunk pack!!!

I ended up purchasing a 4 pack during this cyberpunk event and only received 3 packs instead of the 4, I should have 5 packs open total due to the free one opened from the reward shop, im scared to open another 4 pack and get scammed with only 3 again especially when the event is as expensive as it is especiallyas someone who grinds the ranked system. please fix this 💯
