Missing Apex CDK Rewards After Activation

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue regarding missing in-game rewards after activating my Apex CDK.
I successfully redeemed the Apex CDK code [Removed. This is a public forum. - CM] on today via EAAPP. The activation process showed a "success" confirmation, but when I launched Apex Legends afterward, the corresponding rewards skinswere not visible in my in-game inventory.
