Missing apex coins

I had 2300 apex coins at the end of last season. I haven’t changed consoles or made a new account. I haven’t bought skin packs or anything. I just save them to make sure I can keep buying each seasons battle pass. 

I’ve logged in for the first time to season 25. Everything else is the same except I’m now at 700 apex coins. Did anyone experience something similar? I’d really like to get my coins back. I coveted those things for far too long just to lose them.
