Furthermore, did you by chance see an error on your account, where the game had given you the Ultimate+ Pass rewards, but you didn't buy the pass?
If you did see that error, then that might be why the Crafting Materials are suddenly missing, as those who were affected by the error had all the unearned items removed from their accounts, (and the Ultimate+ Pass instantly grants 1,200 Crafting Materials on purchase).
You've said that your current balance is 800 Crafting Materials, and each event pack cost 1,650 Crafting Materials, (which would mean that you were at 2,450 Crafting Materials).
If we add on the 1,200 Crafting Materials that would of been from the Ultimate+ Pass, you would of been at 3,650 Crafting Materials.
Does 3,650 Crafting Materials sound about right?
If not, you might of had bought two event packs and had not realized it, (which if we add on another event pack to the total, you would of been at 5,300 Crafting Materials).
