Missing Heirloom Despite Apex Pack Count
Hello EA Support Team,
I’m contacting you regarding a potential issue with heirloom shards in Apex Legends.
I have been tracking my Apex Packs using a pack counter, and it estimates that I have opened around 1,141 packs. I understand this may not be exact, but based on the 500-pack guarantee for heirloom shards, I would have expected to receive one by now. However, I still have not received any.
This has become very frustrating, especially considering the time and money I’ve spent on the game. I also noticed recent promotions or events involving heirlooms, which made me double-check my account and raised concerns that something may not be working correctly.
Could you please review my account and confirm the total number of Apex Packs I’ve opened, whether my account is functioning correctly in terms of heirloom shard drops, and if there may be any issue or glitch preventing me from receiving the guaranteed heirloom?
I would appreciate any clarification or assistance in resolving this issue.
