Missing Heirloom shards

I’ve been playing apex legends since day 1. And have been playing ever since. My account is level 700+ and i have yet to recieve a heirloom shard. I’ve been playing for years and feel as if my packs are glitched or something because there is no way i haven’t surpassed 500 packs in the last 7 years. I don’t have a SINGLE heirloom to this day.

    Hi ​ ​ ​ ​@K1NGJ23RDAN

    Its likely that you have made a miscalculation on the Apex pack count, and/or included packs that don't count, as the granting of shards is guranteed and automatic on the opening of the 500th pack.

    There's no manual way to check the count atm.

    I keep a manual count on a note on my phone, currently 210 of the 500.
