missing items i’ve had for a very long time

please someone on the dev team help me. this week is my first time back on in 2 years and i come back to some of my skins and banners and quips etc just not being on my account anymore it’s making me try to buy them again and even some of my badges are gone. i don’t have my ash event badge and it also took the wings off of my arena win streak badge is actually making going to make me cry. i’ve been pred quite a bit and im a dedicated player ive spent a lot of money but i genuinely just want the wings back on my arena badge please i am begging you i will pay for it if i have to
