Missing items

I just downloaded apex after a few years and lots of things are missing, my pathfinder heirloom, the bad bot legendary skin for him, valkyrie and revenant are also locked again and im missing his legendary skin, thats just stuff i remember having, is there a reason ive lost all these items???
