Missing items?

I purchased 25 packs with my apex coins, I went to open them right as my boyfriend started matching making and I didn't know, so we join a match right I open them and after the match ended I couldn't find the packs or evidence of them being opened. I looked through all the legends and weapons and still can't find anything new. I'm not sure what to do or how to fix it. Ive tried restarted and logging in and out with no luck. Im playing apex through steam if that helps.
