I recently claimed the free and paid subscription rewards for Season 25 on Twitch, and seem to be missing the "Catnapped" weapon charm as well as the "Bulls Eye" Bocek skin. All other rewards appeared in my account without issue. I read on the official Discord of one other person missing one of the free weapon charms like me, and would just like to know if this is a known issue. Thank you.

I never got it. The drops are usually bad but I'm not going to bother anymore.
Glad that i'm not the only one! My thread in a RU forum version was removed without notice eventually, so i'll chime in here.
Same situation, got all Drops, all but a Bocek skin and a free Catnapped charm. Was trying a second time, when Twitch allowed to re-do this all second time, got gift subscriptions with all screenshots this time - still nothing. Tried to Live Chat with an Advisor at Help EA, they said that will forward this to Devs, but apparently no luck with that. At this point, i'm done with Apex anyways, this is just another reason to forget about this game.
On a RU version of this forum, there are at least 3 people with this problem (including me).
Redacting my reply to add: I spoke with Twitch support, they said that EA does Drops distribution to participating accounts, so they cannot help with this.
Midnight9746 sorry for shouting out to you, but can you please forward this somehow to Community Managers? As i understand, no one investigates this issue, and as i see it, this is not isolated issue.

I received all paid drops except the bulls eye skin for the bow. Anyone received the bulls eye skin yet?
y'know same here, I waited all season for the bug to be fixed, nothing happened and I have claimed the catnapped charm a total of 4 times.
