missing pass items
i bought the pass and it gave me the instant levels and what not and i didnt get a single thing not even the items form before the instant levels all of it didnt register in my acc for some reason pl...

I also bought the Ultimate. It says awards were given, but I never received them. Currently, my Pass level is above 60 and I hope this situation will be resolved as soon as possible.

It looks like you've run into the same situation as described in this thread. What you've purchased is the upgrade, not the actual Battle Pass. You'll also need the steps from my previous post, please take a look there!
You may need to reach back out to the support team if you're unable to request a refund here.
This would need to be refunded so you can pick up the Battle Pass itself first, then afterwards any upgrades should work normally.
