Missing RP

I get 2 kills, 1 assist, 4 participations and 7th place, I'm plat, entry is 48, I ended up with positive 28 points when it should be 42, and this isn't the first time this has happened either, and when teammates leave from the start I don't get loss forgiveness, if your game worked properly for a week id be diamond already.
