I purchased the ultimate + battle pass and received nothing. I’ve restarted ps5 several times and restarted app more times than I can count. I have multiple proofs of purchase, and have submitted reports with no response from respawn/ ea. PlayStation store doesn’t allow me to buy it because it says I already own it. The button on apex doesn’t do anything because I’ve already purchased it. Can someone please help with a solution? Or at the very least can someone respond? This is incredibly unprofessional to leave paying customers unattended and unanswered. I payed $20 and I expect to receive what I payed for. This is ridiculous.

Still have not received my battle pass. The option to upgrade does nothing because I already own it. Yet all the skins are locked and it says I have to upgrade. I already bought it! This is so frustrating! I gave you people my money now give me what I paid for! And respond!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous.
