Missing Wraith's Heirloom

Hi EA SUPPORT TEAM

I am writing to report an issue with missing in-game content. I had Wraith's Heirloom on my account during Season 18, but when I returned to the game in Season 27, I found that it had completely disappeared from my inventory. I would like to check if this might be due to a server data error.

  • wubanana1245​ Are you signed into the correct EA Account, (and if on a platform account, is that account still linked, (and hadn't been unlinked at all before))?

    Furthermore, when Season 18 was around, it was before the Cross Progression merge, so was your EA, (or platform), account banned prior to Cross Progression? (I'm asking because if it was banned, then it was excluded from the Cross Progression merge).

    Confirmed Account: Yes, I am certain that I am logged into the correct account.

     

    Platform History: Before Season 16, I primarily launched Apex Legends via Steam. However, from that point until my return in Season 27, I switched to using the Origin (now EA App) platform.

     

    Heirloom Acquisition: I specifically remember obtaining the Wraith Heirloom while playing through the Origin platform.

     

    I am confused as to why the item has disappeared after such a long absence. Could you please specifically check my account's historical logs for any Heirloom acquisition records associated with my account?

     

    I appreciate your help in verifying my account data.

    wubanana1245​ I unfortunately can't do that since I don't work for EA or for Respawn, (though it sounds like the issue is either a bug or you had unlinked Steam).

    wubanana1245​ I'm still trying to do what I can to help, that being said:

    • Did you unlink Steam at any point? (If you didn't unlink anything, do not unlink anything now).
    • Was your account ever banned prior to October of 2023? (I'm asking because banned accounts were excluded from the Cross Progression merge when that was being rolled out between October of 2023 and April of 2024).

    Hey wubanana1245​,

    From what I can see here, this particular account has not received an heirloom. Single items tend not to just disappear in situations like this, and it looks like there's quite a bit of other content here both from your recent play sessions and previously.

    Is there possibly another account or email you may have used in the past? It doesn't look like this one had any heirlooms, nor am I seeing any of the usual signs that content was lost or removed here. I'd try logging in with any other emails that may have been used to double-check whether you may have that heirloom elsewhere. If there are any you can't recall or can no longer access it may help to contact support directly so they can try to help verify and update any other accounts.
