Mouse Not Working and Penalty

I loaded into a ranked match in Diamond 4. Mouse wasn’t working in game even though it worked out of the game screen. Couldn’t look around so immediately closed game to restart so I didn’t throw the game and lose 65 points off the rip. Instead of being able to load back in like it normally does, the game says I abandoned and gave me a -162 point penalty… I have played since season 1 and I have never left a ranked game early or thrown a game. I am so frustrated and wish there would be someone to compensate the points back somehow but I know it will never happen. Simply because I was not moving for maybe a whole 90 seconds to fully restart. Unfortunate, this season just started and I think I might just have to stop playing already.
