My account was reset to level 1

Same thing happened to me around the same time. I was logging in to US east and I got the prompt for training and was reset to level 1. Still have my cosmetics and settings but lost my stats and ranked access

My account has been reset to level 1. Although all my skins and badges were fine. just need to equip it again. But I can't go rank with my friends because i need to do challenges and rank up to 30 again. Please help how to fix this. I'm playing it on steam platform.
