My account was reset to level 1

I have spent 850 hours playing Apex Legends. However, my account was reset to Level 1 yesterday afternoon. Additionally, some content in my Battle Pass is missing, and my in-game coins have inexplicably become a negative number. I hope you can help me recover my original account data and items.

APEX LEEGENDS just DELETED MY CONTROL SETTINGS which I've been working on for 3+years on and off to get MY OLD ALCs BACK AFTER BEING DELETED ONCE BEFORE because ALC settings are UNIQUE PERSON TO PERSON even with same values THE FEEL OF THE SETTINGS IS NOT THE SAME, AND ARE NEVER THE SAME AS IT BLEEDS ALL VALUES EVER SET INTO THE LOOKING SENSITIVITY INPUTS until reset to default. 

Making an account with ADVANCED LOOK CONTROLS is LIKE FORGING A KATANA, AND I WANT MINE BACK OR I CAN'T BE MYSELF AND PLAY HOW I WANT! 

RESTORE MY SETTINGS INCLUDING ALCs AND ACCOUNT SETTINGS TO HOW IT WAS AT THE END OF AUGUST 23RD, 65ish HOURS AGO WHEN I WAS PLAYING SOLO PLEASE!!!

If you don't, I will as someone who's spent THOUSANDS on APEX LEGENDS micro-transactions ALONE, WILL UNINSTALL and I will never give EA any money EVER AGAIN after selling my Series X and all my equipment.

Please fix mine and everyone else's account, or YOU & MICROSOFT will lose a lot of profit and customers from this. I will lay off of APEX for a few days in hopes that it's fixed and my ADVANCED LOOK CONTROL settings are RESTORED back the way they were 65ish hours ago when I load my game next. If you don't, you will lose a lot of customers and money, and the OG players like me will leave. I can't fix this, YOU erased UNIQUE ALC SETTINGS I FORGED that even with the same values on a new account CANNOT BE REPLICATED. YOU FIX THIS! GIVE THEM BACK!

Hello, just the day before this season update, I was still playing with my account, but when I logged in to my account again, I found that my account level was reset to level 1, and some badges were reset, but my skin was still there, but I didn't find it at the time, and I thought it was a season update. I am logged in through Steam and I need to restore my account.

My Apex Legends account was reset to Level 1 on the afternoon of August 24th. All my personal data has disappeared, and my Battle Pass has also been downgraded. I have never encountered such a situation before. Additionally, my gold, Legend Tokens, and Crafting Metals have all become negative values. I have no history of gifting or receiving "black gold" (unauthorized/illegitimate in-game currency).

my Apex level has changed to level one. I unbound EA and Steam, but when I rebind them, the level still hasn't changed. What should I do

I opened the game and all my stats were gone, but I still have my cosmetics.  I didnt unlink my account in any way.

I have the same problem. I logged into apex on August 24th and found that my account had returned to level 1. The gold coins and chests on my account had decreased, and the strange fragments had turned negative. Instead, my pass level had been raised to 47. However, I haven't completed a single weekly task. Therefore, I would like to seek your help to see if I can restore the data on my account.

I logged in early yesterday and played a few matches, nothing out of the ordinary. Logged in several hours later and my entire account is reset, im now level 1 with no coins or paid content.

I am noticing multiple people having this issue, can an official help me resolve this? I have contacted support and have tickets open regarding this issue.
