My entire account was reset.

I used to be at least level 50, but when I recently redownloaded the game, I was level one with no characters and skins. I purchased things from this game and I am disappointed to see I can’t even make use of that money. I’ve played a few trios, which is why I’m level 5 now. Xbox user - LebronJames1969
