My season 17 Masters Badge disappeared.

I hit masters with my friend a while ago (after the account link up) and I've had my masters badge since...but now me finally coming back to the game I realized my badge isn't there and just to be sure its a bug and nothing else I looked and I still have the masters charm because it was equiped but not my badge then I later asked my friend that I got masters with that season did he have his and he did!

I have made an report and EA case about it recently (an hour ago from now) and they told me to come here and make a forum.

Things I'd like to add: I had the game deleted for some time a couple years, I linked my PC account with my old Xbox account some time ago, and I made it to masters and earned that badge AFTER the account linking. pls help
