Yeah EA Help definitely can use a lot of touch-ups. Mind you that the AI Bot feature is still in beta, definitely not all that great apart from being a glorified search tool.
In your case best you can do is wait for a response to your case.
Depending on your bank, it can take up to 24 hours or maybe even a few days to process your payment. Did you purchase directly via EA, or did you buy the coins via Steam or another platform?
With most cases, usual response time is around 72 hours, though can take up to much longer depending on how busy they are. But with most cases you should see a response around that time and they hopefully will be able to help out.
