New badge/emote/skin/etc. icon (red triangle) not going away

I have the red triangle icon indicating a new badge/emote/skin/etc. on my legend but there is nothing new in that category. This is the second time this has happened - the last time it moved to the latest legend that had a new stat tracker, and now this legend (Caustic) shows a new StatTracker. 

Again, nothing is indicated in the list but the Stats category shows the icon - I have tried selecting every Stats tracker to see if that would work and it didn't.

This started last season - not sure what happened to that bug report.
