New update tanks my fps

After the recent update, Apex FPS drops heavily during fights and sometimes crashes when Discord is open. Started after Season 29 update.

Specs:

RTX 5060

i7-1400F

DDR5 RAM 32gb

Tried:

-clean GPU driver install

-overlay off

-lowered streaming budget
