Newcastle’s Mobile Shield

Ever since the launch of Season 24 Takeover for Apex Legends, the character Newcastle has been bugged. When in the downed state, he is unable to move his Mobile Shield Tactical Ability and the patch notes made no indication that this should be intentional. I believe he doesn’t move it either whenever using a finisher on an enemy in the downed state but I’ve yet to confirm that conclusively. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
