No Progress Update for Ranked Ladder Champion Challenge

I had a progress of 1/3 in the "Earn Ranked Ladder Champion 3 Times in 1 Ranked Split" before the last weekend (22nd august to 24th) for the current split!
I grinded the named weekend as well and landed in tier one aka Ladder Champion again, but when i checked the ranked challenges tab after the ranked ladder concluded the progress didnt increase to 2/3 as it should, it was still only on 1/3 despite having clearly been one of the Ladder champion again.
I checked again after a couple of hours and checked today too and it still hasn't updated. I included a screenshot of me (here in the screenshot as only "Sero" since i use Apex on Steam) with the timestamp in CEST time.
I hope that gets fixed asap and maybe i get the progress i should be getting too, because it's really unrewarding and annoying spending a whole weekend grinding games to get to ladder champion and the system just straight up doesn't count it.
