not received spotlight pass rewards after completing it

bought ashes spotlight pass. then while doing the challenges for it I had the glitch were I couldn't access any of the tabs (shop tab , challenges tab, locker and apex packs) as well as showing I have -9999 of every material. every now and then it returns to normal shows that I don't have the rewards given by the spotlight pass even through I've done all the challenges for it.
