Opened 9 Apex packs but received no item after game froze

Opened 9 apex packs all at once and the game was stuck in the loading screen which the packs render. The game froze and an error message was shown which I had to restart the game. Once I logged back in, the apex packs were gone yet I have received nothing from the packs I have opened.
