Packet loss issues for South African players

Many South African players are experiencing upwards from 20% packet loss on any mode and server.

We have tried IP resets, IP configs, Netch Winsoc resets, PC resrarts and Wi-Fi router restarts.

Please, 200+ ping is horrible enough, packet loss issue seems to only appear on EU-Central servers, which are the closest.
