PC Hard Crash (Whole System Freeze, Black Screen) After Recent Update

Since the latest update, Apex Legends crashes my entire PC after less than 2 minutes of play. The screen freezes, goes black, audio turns into electric distortion/noise, and nothing responds—I have to hard restart. It happens every time. Other games run fine with no issues. I've spent money on the game (paying player). Please fix this ASAP—very frustrating for consumers.
