Penalty when leaving match even though no penalty is alerted

With the update that adds penalty back during an active respawn, I found a bug.

so team was trolling (fake respawn a second and then stop) so o clicked leave when they weren’t doing it - no penalty was indicated , so I quit. The game still gave me a penalty, this never happened before the update. Please fix - no way to avoid this apparently if your teammates are screwing around.
