Singed into ea now all my previous data is gone idk what to do I can’t stream or anything not sure if im gonna about this the right way or reaching the right people but man

Anonymous It sounds like you may had signed into the wrong EA Account, (so make sure you are signing into the correct EA Account).
If it is the correct EA Account, did you unlink any of your platform accounts? (If you did unlink a platform account, that would be why as unlinking a platform account can cause a loss of some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data, (which may not be recoverable even if you relink the unlinked platform account)).

soon as I updated to new season and tried to play it forced me to connect to ea sports it wouldn’t let me do anything else , everything is 100% the same info

Anonymous That's weird, it shouldn't had asked you to link anything if the account was already linked to an EA Account.

Anonymous Your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, so if it is the wrong EA Account, your Apex progress and data won't be on that EA Account, and if you unlink a platform account, that can cause issues with the account as well:
What are the risks?
When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your game progress won’t transfer over.
That means you’ll permanently lose access to:
- game progress
- DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
- memberships and subscriptions
- previous drops and other rewards
- in-game purchases.
If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you can still access the account.
Unlinking risks for Apex players
If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you might have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.

Idk what todo ea website says I can’t unlink until August 9th and I keep putting in cases but they are not confirming my cases or helping 6 months without my account idk I’m freaked out

Anonymous If your platform account(s) are still linked to your EA Account, do NOT unlink your platform account(s)!
Unlinking your platform account(s) can cause further account issues.

nobody from support is helping I’ve submitted 4 cases but they won’t stick I have not. received a conformation email with the code to check on my support ticket. so im just getting screwed every time I try to fix things or ask for help

Anonymous It sounds like you had unlinked your PlayStation Account at some point because an EA Account was required to play the game from day one.

I've been playing the game since it first came out. I've invested so much time and money into the game. I hope they're able to fully fix this issue. I have heirlooms prestige skins I've have almost all the legendary skins for every single legend I have millions of Apex tokens shards thousands of those. It just wouldn't make sense for them to not restore my game too. It was 12 hours ago.

Not a problem, just nobody reaches out ! so and I’ve been panicking all day yesterday, I don’t get nobody’s attention until I did? I’m currently waiting for “that confirmation email that this website said I would receive so I can check in on my 4 tickets I posted yesterday “which hasn’t came ? only emails I get are the ones about these badges for the forum ….
my apologies this is my first time using this website I’m sure you understand loosing all the financial adding and time spent on a game within minutes and having zero knowledge about what’s going on and nobody from support jumping to help, and having to come to a u know website that breaking into two separate websites seeking help and answers that either I couldn’t articulate correctly to get attention or help from anyone with the insite and power to help me was able to see ….
I’ve posted on 3-4 of these forums with details and few pictures one random person replied trying to help but are you able to help me ?
