please help!!! my account is gone !!!

 

please help!!! my account is gone !!!

 

 

 

please. help my account is gone after connecting ea account and i keep submitting tickets but they are not emailing confirmation codes and posting on these forums ive have not got no reply or helps i reall just wanna play my game please  help 

(decapitalised as per forum rules - CM)

    Not a problem, just nobody reaches out ! so and I’ve been panicking all day yesterday, I don’t get nobody’s attention until I did? I’m currently waiting for “that confirmation email that this website said I would receive so I can check in on my 4 tickets I posted yesterday “which hasn’t came ? only emails I get are the ones about these badges for the forum …. 

    my apologies this is my first time using this website I’m sure you understand loosing all the financial adding and time spent on a game  within minutes and having zero knowledge about what’s going on and nobody  from support jumping to help, and having to come to a u know website that breaking into two separate websites seeking help and answers that either I couldn’t articulate correctly to get attention or help from anyone with the insite  and power to help me was able to see ….

     

    I’ve posted on 3-4 of these forums with details and few pictures one random person replied trying to help but are you able to help me ?

    is there a phone number I can call To escalate this matter?

    EA_Pythia​ I’m sure we used different names so we could play together I have both emails and information ready if your able to help me or directly send me who I can call or escalate this matter to please

    Anonymous​ What EA_Pythia​ is trying to say is that your Apex progress and data is tied to whichever EA Account your PlayStation Account was originally linked to, (so you would need to make sure that your PlayStation Account is linked back to that EA Account).

    However, due to the risks of unlinking platform accounts, relinking the PlayStation Account may not restore the missing Apex progress and data.

    In terms of sharing your emails for assistance, the forums doesn't allow the sharing of personal information, and as for a phone number to call EA Support, there sadly isn't one as you would need to go through EA Help.

    The account I’m using to express all my issues right now says I can’t unlink until August ! 
     I’ve started 4 cases at Ea help and I’ve screenshotted my last one nobody has responded .   After submitting a case it say I’m suppose to get a confirmation email with a passcode  I never get that email  this is day two   Again I appreciate the help but nobody directly working work ea who’s is a “ea advisor” is helping so I can escalate this issue an get back my account and return to playing apex

    Anonymous​ As far as I'm aware of, there isn't any way to unlink the PlayStation Account from the wrong EA Account sooner.

    1. You only need one case about the issue with EA Help as multiple cases can cause delays, confusion, and would be seen as "duplicates" which further prevents any solution, (if a solution is possible), from being reached sooner.
    2. Each case can take a bit of time before a response is given, (often being 1-3 business days, (sometimes longer)).


    Note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn, (I'm a volunteer).
