Please support Japanese

Apex bug reports are currently not available in Japanese, which I don't think is a good thing. There are Japanese players, right?

Are you saying you won't take Japanese opinions into consideration?

This is why Western game companies are so no good...

So please make the report available in Japanese.

    kms256777​ Typically when a company doesn't support a language, it means that they don't have the means to moderate, maintain, and/or support anything in that language. 

    In this case, it means that threads in Japanese can't be easily helped with, (which is why you would be asked to repost in the board's language like how you did for this thread).

    EA/Respawn does take everyone's opinions and feedback into consideration, (it is just a matter of getting through a language barrier).

    While services such as Google translate exists, it often translates things incorrectly, (or rewords what was typed), which can be a problem while communicating.

    For the time being, you unfortunately would need to post in the board's language.

    I totally understand. They're forcing the language flaws onto our users... so I can't imagine they'll understand the flaws in our translation.😁

    Hey kms256777​ m_rikomeiko​,

    Just wanted to mention that this feedback has absolutely been seen! 

    As discussed, there could absolutely be flaws or misunderstandings if we were to rely purely on a translation tool. I'm Japanese myself, though in the US and not anywhere near fluent sadly, much less a native speaker.  We do have native speakers on the team for each of our currently supported languages to help avoid any issues that could stem from such a misunderstanding, though currently we don't have any other news about additional languages.

    If that changes we'll certainly be sure to make that clear, as I've definitely seen quite a lot of great feedback and reports from other Japanese players as well. In the meanwhile, thank you for taking that extra time to drop by and let us know what you're thinking!
