Potential Bug: No Heirloom Shards Received (Playing Since Pre-Season)
Hello EA Support Team,
I am reaching out to request an account review regarding the Heirloom Shard drop rate on my profile.
I have been a dedicated and active Apex Legends player since the pre-season. Despite playing consistently for years, leveling up my account, and opening a massive amount of Apex Packs, I have never received a single set of Heirloom Shards.
I am aware of the 500-pack guarantee system. Given my playtime, account level, and the number of events/battle passes I have participated in over the years, I strongly suspect I have surpassed the 500-pack milestone, or that there may be a bug preventing the pity timer from triggering on my account.
Could you please look into my account history to verify if there is an error with my Heirloom tracking, or confirm how close my account is to the 500-pack guarantee?
