PS4 Infinite Loading Screen and Matchmaking Issues

"I'm playing on PS4 and I'm having serious issues. The game takes forever to get past the loading screen. Once I'm in the lobby, I try to find a match but the matchmaking just doesn't work. I've been waiting in queue for over 20 minutes without finding a game. I've already checked my connection and everything seems fine on my end."
