I was playing ranked and after the game finished, the game crashed and got a message unable to reconnect. Then I got this ( This account is not permitted to play online) and I can’t enter the game ? ...

Xbox as well.. I ended a match with party last night. Logged in just now and it showed me still in lobby with my team. I restarted game and now the same message. “This profile is not permitted to play online”. I logged in and have no infractions/ bans.
