I was playing ranked and after the game finished, the game crashed and got a message unable to reconnect. Then I got this ( This account is not permitted to play online) and I can’t enter the game ? Is it only me or some players got it too ?

Same here. I finally got back in after an hour of trying but I was deranked from 585 Pred to Rookie 4..... this is so dumb...
Same issue.
Try to reset my router, change password but still seems not working.
I think EA got hacking 😂
