Random ping spikes in between games.

I have been having this issue with the ping for about a month where I am normally playing the game and suddenly the ping gets to 700-800 and I get packet and the game starts to lag. It will remain like that for a minute or two and then things get to normal.
This can happen in a game from 0 times to 5 times (as much as I could observe).
I have switched to ethernet from wifi and tried reinstalling the game but the issue persists.
