Rank challenges progress not tracking

I finished 6/7 rank challenges but the last challenge requires me to restore 500 shields with shield cell, shield battry or phoenix kit. I am very sure that I did but it doesn't track at all regardless I tried TDMs, or normal batte royale mode.
