ranked challenge does not count.

i have been playing the game for like 5 hours and i used the play the game back in season nine in one of my other accounts. In order to play ranked you have to complete some challenges, right? well i wanted to play ranked so i started grinding the challenges untill one of the challenge stopped working. i had to craft 5 times at a replicator. however, it doesnt specify when where how and in how many matches. i crafted 5 times in a single match, it didnt count. i crafted 5 seperate times. still 0. i dont know what should i do and yes i did theese in battle royale mode (unranked trios). im currently level 36 and my in game name is skibidimuncher. i would be happy if you guys would look into this. do i have to be in a certain level? i have no idea. it lacks information aswell. thanks.
