My ranked challenge restore 500 shields with Shield Cell, Shield Battery, or Phoenix Kit won't progress in any mode preventing me from playing ranked mode.

Ya im stuck with the same problem anbody wana help?
i'm also stuck on this challenge, i also created a new account to see if it's stuck and it was stuck in both of my accounts
