Ranked inaccessible

I'm in 2/3 of the road to rank quest . "Craft five times at a replicator in br duos/trios" is the only quest left . I have already crafted several times at the replicator but the game doesn't track my progression. I've tried everything . It's most probably a glitch and due to it I'm completely locked out of playing ranked.
